Eligibility and acceptance

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter an agreement. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Your account

You may maintain only one personal account. You are responsible for accurate information, account security, and activity conducted through your account. Accounts and points may not be sold or transferred.

Survey opportunities

Surveys are delivered by independent research partners. Availability, eligibility, duration, qualification, tracking, and completion are not guaranteed. Survey-specific requirements and partner terms also apply.

Rewards

Points have no value until they are verified, eligible, and accepted in a redemption request. Pending, reversed, duplicate, or fraudulent transactions may be withheld or removed.

Prohibited conduct

You may not automate participation, provide false information, use multiple accounts, manipulate location or device identifiers, interfere with attribution or tracking, repeat offers improperly, exploit errors, harass support personnel, or violate partner rules or applicable law.

Suspension and termination

We may limit, suspend, or close an account to protect players, partners, or the service; investigate suspected abuse; or comply with law.

Service changes

Prizevo may change or discontinue features, earning rates, redemption methods, or provider relationships. Material changes will be communicated as required.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Prizevo does not guarantee uninterrupted access, offer availability, eligibility, tracking, or earnings.

Disputes and applicable law

These terms are governed by applicable United States law and the law of the state where the Prizevo operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived.
