We use information to operate accounts, present eligible surveys, verify rewards, process redemption requests, prevent fraud, provide support, meet legal obligations, and improve reliability.

Survey partners

When a participant opens the survey experience, necessary account identifiers and device information may be shared with our survey provider to deliver opportunities, prevent duplicate participation, determine eligibility, and verify completions. Prizevo does not control a survey provider's independent data practices.

Service providers

We may use vendors for hosting, authentication, security, communications, offer delivery, and payment processing. They may process data only for contracted purposes and subject to appropriate safeguards.

Data retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, including dispute resolution, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal compliance.

Your choices

Players may decline optional offers, request account-data access or deletion, and manage tracking permissions through iOS. Some records may be retained when required for security, accounting, or law.

Children

Prizevo is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly permit minors to create accounts.
