Prizevo players can request permanent account deletion from inside the iOS app.
Delete from the app
Open Prizevo, tap the Profile silhouette in the upper-right, then select Delete Account. Review the warning and confirm permanent deletion.
What deletion includes
Your sign-in account and personal profile will be scheduled for deletion. Any unused points, pending rewards, and uncompleted redemption requests may be forfeited after the request is confirmed.
Records we may retain
Prizevo may retain limited transaction, fraud-prevention, dispute, tax, accounting, or legal records when required or reasonably necessary. Retained records are restricted from ordinary account use.
Before deleting
Resolve support cases and eligible redemptions before requesting deletion. Deletion may not be reversible after processing begins.
Can't access the app?
Use the contact method listed on the Prizevo support page. Identity verification may be required before we can delete an account.
